We might use the submitted and/or automatically collected information to defend SendPass in legal proceedings in relation to as a result of your use of the Service.SendPass makes no use of automated decision making.

We do not disclose personal information (Personally Identifying Information) to third parties, other than to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
How long we retain data
The retention of personal information (Personally Identifying Information) depends on the type of information.
Automatically collected information
We retain automatically collected information (logs and analytical information) for a maximum of 14 months after collecting.
Submitted information
We retain the information you submit to us (e-mailadress) for as long as required to provide you the service you submit the information for. The information will be deleted immediately on request, using for example the unsubscribe button in our newsletters.
Amendments
We may, from time to time, amend the Privacy Policy without prior notice to you and without any liability to you. You can determine the date of amendment by referring to the “last updated” date, which is positioned at the top of the Privacy Policy.
